6. Payment Terms

• All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
• Invoices must be paid within 3 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received in accordance with the agreed terms.

7. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel our services at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.
• We may terminate or suspend our services immediately if you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
• Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become immediately due, and you must cease using any of our proprietary content or materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best possible service; however, we do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Illinois.

11. SMS Campaigns

• This campaign is used to send appointment confirmations and links, account information, product information, marketing messages, help requests, webchat widget responses plus opt-in and opt-out confirmations.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
